In work

Having graduated with a BA Honours in Business & Law and a Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montford University, Mohammed completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.

After completing his university studies, Mohammed has since gained considerable experience in all aspects of immigration law since his legal career began in 2009, with a particular focus on Business Immigration. He joined Latitude Law as a solicitor in 2021, rising to Senior Associate in 2023.

Mohammed has experience in representing businesses across the UK in submitting sponsor licence applications and making sure businesses comply with their licence duties in accordance with Home Office requirements. Mohammed also regularly advises employers in relation to employee compliance including right to work checks.

He represents high net worth individuals and businesses across relevant UK visa routes. He is an ambassador for an approved UKVI English language test provider and an accredited police station representative and is recognised in Legal 500.

Away from work

Outside of work, Mohammed loves watching and playing football. He coaches an under 14s girls football team and enjoys going to the gym to keep fit and loves travelling.

Mohammed speaks Gujarati and has a working knowledge of Urdu and Hindi.
