Temporary Receptionist (4-Month Maternity Cover)

Latitude Law is a boutique immigration law firm known for its precision, professionalism, and personable approach. We’re currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join our team on a 4-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-of-house support
• Greet clients
• Manage calls
• Coordinating appointments using our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Comfortable managing emails, calls, and client records efficiently
• Previous reception or admin experience preferred
• Legal experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided
