Latitude Law has invested in a bespoke client portal so that every individual and corporate client can securely share their confidential documents with their lawyers, rather than relying on hackable email accounts. Using One-time Passcode technology, each client is given access to their own dedicated portal, available via mobile or desktop.
The portal provides a bespoke list of required documents and clients can simply drag & drop their documents into the various folders. Clients are readily able to track their provision of documents as well as provide personal information relevant to their case via a personally tailored questionnaire. In addition, clients can communicate directly with their caseworkers about their documents via the in-portal chat feature.
Clients welcome the security that this dedicated portal provides, as well as its ease of use based on the system’s intuitive features.
