The Legal 500

Law firms can receive accreditation from the Legal 500 in a few different ways, including:

Hall of Fame
Lawyers that are recognised in the Hall of Fame are regarded as the very top of their field, and have been consistently ranking as leading individuals by The Legal 500 for at least eight years in the last 10.

Leading individuals
Solicitors with this accreditation are market leaders who have been able to:

  • Establish a reputation within their specialism
  • Take the lead on a number of significant legal matters in recent months/years
  • Gain exceptional, widespread recognition
  • Receive great endorsement from clients and peers within the market

Latitude Law’s Gary McIndoe is regarded as a leading individual.

Next generation partners
To receive accreditation as a next generation partner, firms must have team members who have five years or less of experience at partner level, but have gained significant recognition from their peers and clients.

Rising stars
These are associate-level lawyers who have helped with significant matters and have gained wide recognition from those they have worked with.

Latitude Law has received a Top Tier Award for being one of the leading immigration specialists within its field.

Firms that receive accreditation by Chambers & Partners have been awarded a ranking based on their:

  • Technical legal ability
  • Professional conduct
  • Client service
  • Commercial astuteness
  • Diligence
  • Commitment
  • Value to the client

Individual solicitors, or the firm as a whole, will be ranked from 1 to 6 – 1 being the highest ranking. However, receiving any band ranking by this organisation is recognised as a significant achievement.

What our clients say…

Stalled EU Settlement Scheme application

Just to thank you all for the help given with Bodil's EU Settlement Scheme application, which came through in the last few days.

A good friend of ours once said: "People do not employ lawyers because they help; they employ them because they make a difference".

I'm convinced that referral to Latitude did jolt the Home Office into progressing consideration of the application, and it made all the difference.

Allowed Appeal

To Gemma and the team, Thank you very much for your amazing job done. You are life savers.

Four British passports

The British passports of my four children successfully reached us this week.

I wanted to thank the Latitude Law Firm for the constant professional support provided to us throughout the process. Your services have been helpful for us at each stage of the process. We would be happy to hire you again in the future for the process of my husband, and would also recommend your firm to others around us.

Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the hard work of Joel Reiss towards the successful completion of our case. His support for all of us from day 1 till the very last day has been commendable. Me and my children are very thankful to him for the smooth execution.

Looking forward to hiring the firm for our next case as well.
