Katerina joined the firm in 2022 and provides advice on corporate and personal immigration matters assisting clients with entry clearance into the UK, as well as leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain applications. Katerina has represented clients at the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal as an advocate.
Katerina has particular experience in advising organisations on making applications for a Home Office sponsor licence to sponsor migrant workers and provides advice to employers on issues relating to right to work checks for employees. They also assist private clients with applications under the global talent visa route. Katerina also regularly writes articles for the news section of Latitude Law’s website.
In 2018, they qualified as a solicitor having completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Hull and post-graduate training at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Katerina enjoys walking in the Peak District and the Yorkshire countryside and is an avid film photographer.
