Katerina Woodcock - Solicitor

Katerina joined the firm in 2022 and provides advice on corporate and personal immigration matters assisting clients with entry clearance into the UK, as well as leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain applications. Katerina has represented clients at the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal as an advocate and has experience in advising organisations on making applications to the Home Office for a sponsor licence to sponsor migrant workers. Katerina also provides advice to employers on issues relating to right to work checks for employees.

In 2018, Katerina qualified as a solicitor having completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Hull and post-graduate training at the University of Law.
