What happens if you are found to be employing a foreign worker without a sponsor licence?

If UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) find that you have been sponsoring foreign workers without complying to all the conditions set out in the Certificate of Sponsorship, your licence may be downgraded, suspended or withdrawn. If you are found to be employing workers illegally in the UK you could be sent to jail for up to 5 years and pay an unlimited fine depending on the severity of your case.
