My application has been successful, and I have received a vignette in my passport, allowing me to enter the UK in the next 30 days, but I am unable to travel due to travel bans. What should I do?

If you were issued with a 30 day visa to travel to UK for work, study or to join family, and this has now expired, you are able to receive a free of charge replacement. You can do this by contacting either the Coronavirus help centre, or your local Visa Application Centre (on either the TLS or VFS website depending on your location) if this has now opened.  This service will be available until 31 December 2020..

The new vignette will be issued with a 90 day validity period. To replace a 90 day visa there will be a £154 charge so it is important not to request a replacement unless you will able to travel within its validity.

Latitude Law can also check with the centre on your behalf, and assist you with the process.
