As a sponsor licence holder, how do I submit a priority change of circumstances application?
Sponsored licence holders will need to submit the change of circumstances via the sponsor management system (SMS) and send an email to postlicencepriorityservice@homeoffice.gov.uk with the completed request form, as an attachment. This can be found on the UKVI’s website.
The priority service is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
It must be noted, any request made outside these hours will not be considered and a maximum of 60 request will be accepted each day.
Due to COVID-19, this process may change at the last minute.
Once the request has been successful, a key personnel will receive
- An email from the priority service team to advise that it has been accepted, and the next steps; and
- A second email containing a WorldPay link.
Key personnel will then have 72 hours to make the payment of £200.
Each request costs £200 and will reduce the processing time to 5 working days from the date the UKVI receive the submission sheet and/or payment, depending on the type of change.
