Are the courts and tribunals still working?

Yes. The First-tier Tribunal has directed many cases to proceed by way of a Case Management Hearing (CMR) via telephone or video conference which will take place on a date to be notified in a time slot to be allocated. If deemed suitable following the CMR, the case will be heard remotely.

The Upper Tribunal adjourned many hearings but has issued guidance to confirm that some hearings will proceed on paper (without a hearing) or remotely (by telephone or video call).
