Are domestic UKVCAS Application Centres open?

UKVCAS have reopened most of their service centres. For applications received by UKVCAS on or before 4 September 2020, applicants should have received an email with a link that allows appointments to be booked. If UKVCAS received an application on or after 5 September 2020, applicants should be able to book appointments from 21 September 2020.

Service Support Centres have now reopened. Applicants will be informed if they need to attend an SSC when they apply for their visa. Applicants are asked to not attend an appointment if they have coronavirus symptoms. Please note that EUSS ID supported scanning locations remain closed.

Following the launch of the IDV app, some applicants will be able to upload their photo and documents via the app rather than attending an appointment. Applicants will receive an email if they are eligible for this. Urgent reminders are currently being sent to applicants who have been invited to use the IDV app but have not yet done so.
